Please ensure you are on time and bring the relevant ID and documentation as listed above, otherwise, you may not be able to rent a bike.
  • 2 x Proof of Identity (Passport and UK Driving Licence)
  • 1 x Proof of Address (Bank Statement or Council Bill)

  • 1 x Rider Profile
  • 2 x Bank Cards (Debit and/ or Credit)

Here's how the plan works

Application

To get started, you need to provide Proof of Identity, Proof of Address.

Customer Support

If you encounter any issues or have concerns about the E-Bike, there's no need to worry. You can reach out to us directly through WhatsApp for assistance.

Get the E-Bike

After your application is submitted, you'll receive an email prompting you to choose your preferred date and time for collecting your E-Bike.

Return after hire period

At the end of the hire period, you can initiate the return process by providing a 14-day notice. Simply write to us, and we will facilitate the return of the E-Bike.

Electric Bicycles Available for Hire

Both electric bikes have the similar technical specs, but they come in two frame styles: step-over and step-through. We rent whichever frame is available at the time of your rental. We understand you might have a preference, and we’ll try our best to fulfil it, but cannot guarantee it.
